We will email you the total amount payable (including postage) using PAYPAL.

POSTAGE & DELIVERY (Within Australia only)

$7.40 postage fee for purchases under AUD $50
Free postage for all purchases over AUD $50

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours from when we receive your payment.

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery within Australia.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal service for local orders.

If any of the items you select are not in stock, we will contact you within 3 working days
to organise an alternative choice or notify you of the expected arrival date of new stock.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are unsatisfied with any of the items received, we will happily exchange. However certain conditions are attached to this process:

Please notify Square Peg via email within 14 days of purchase should you wish to make an exchange. In this email you must indicate the specific product(s) and the item(s) you wish to receive in exchange. You can then post product(s) back to Square Peg Label Pty Ltd.

Please do not forget to pay fully for the return postage as incorrect postage payments will not be accepted.

Items need to be returned in original packaging - unworn and unwashed. Square Peg reserves the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.

We recommend that any returns are sent via Registered Post as Square Peg will not be held responsible for items missing in the post. Exchanges will be made promptly upon receipt of the merchandise. Additional delivery charges for the exchange will be charged accordingly.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

We take care to check each item before sending, however if you have received a faulty product, please contact us within 5 working days and we will arrange a solution that best suits your needs.

Some Items in our range are made from 100% cotton and may shrink approximately 3-5% after washing. To prevent this, please follow wash and care instructions on the label.
